How long will my order take?
All orders usually gets shipped within 2-3 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 5-7 days.
You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
How can I track my order?
After an order is shipped, you will receive an Email/SMS with the tracking details. You can also visit your order page to track the status of your order.
Can I change my Shipping Address?
If your order has not left our warehouse, change of address is possible. Please contact us immediately from your registered phone number or email address to give us the proper address.
What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?
We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. Please drop an email to email@example.com with 5 days of receiving the package and we shall do our best to resolve the issues. Or reach out to us on our whatsapp number +918076003648 and we will get this resolved.
Do you ship globally?
Not currently, but we are looking forward to ship globally. Watch out our space.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
At present we are not offering Cash On Delivery options on our website.
Do you do bulk / customised orders?

When can I raise a Return Request?
Products can be returned in the following cases:
- If you have received a damaged product. (We ensure that optimum protective packaging is used for all our shipments but in rare cases products may get damaged in transit.)
- If you have received a product not matching in terms of size or specification selected by you in your order.
How can I raise a Return Request?
Return request needs to be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. It can be raised by emailing us at email@example.com, with your Order Number. We will respond to your email within 1-2 working days.
As per our policy, return requests will not be entertained after 72 hours of receipt of your product.
What is the procedure for Returns?
Returns are accepted only if a damaged product is received by you. We may ask you to send pictures of the packaged received. If the return request is approved, we shall arrange for reverse pickup of the damaged products and will make arrangements for refund/ replacement accordingly.
Important Terms & Conditions for Returns:
- Any Products bought on Sale are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
- Actual colours of a product may vary from how they look on an electronic screen since each display settings are calibrated differently, hence return request on the basis of variation in colour will not be accepted.
Can I cancel my order once the product has been shipped?
- If a PrePaid Order is cancelled (before it is shipped from our warehouse), then we can only provide store credit of the amount paid.
- If a PrePaid Order is cancelled (AFTER it has already been shipped from our warehouse), then we can only provide a store credit AFTER DEDUCTING the shipping fee from the amount paid originally for the order.

You will receive a unique code to avail the credit. This code is for 1 time use only and is non-transferable. The validity of the unique code is at the discretion of First Choice and will be communicated with you at the time of receipt of the unique code.
First Choice does not provide cash refunds.
Cancellation by First Choice
Our main aim is to ship out every order successfully; in some situations we may cancel the order. Some of the circumstances which may result in your order being cancelled include:
- Availability of items.
- In case of inaccurate or insufficient address and if delivery location is in a non serviceable area.
- In case of incorrect or fraudulent payment.
- Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, First Choice reserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
